The fact that another person had used the same pseudonym "Ken Shadie" at another point in time in the distant past, doesn't automatically establish that this other person had created the original artistic work upon which the film at point was based.

The single and simple answer to both Questions 1. & 2. is :
Because the true author had been informed since May 1984 WHAT the nature of this material was going to be and WHERE this material was going to be found.
Can it be said in all fairness that consensus of opinion among people who possess a reasonable amount of common sense would be unanimous that the single and simple answer to both questions 1. & 2. constitutes DIRECT PROOF that the author was in fact, not only the REAL AUTHOR of the ORIGINAL STORY in ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY FORM for the film at point, but also the same person who had ALSO used the pseudonym "Ken Shadie" when he created the said original artistic work for the said film since May 1984.
It is also more than evident that the true author has been waiting for the Internet to come into existence, so that he could not only design, but also build and publish this particular web site in order to exhibit the material published under the headings "Metamorphosis" and "Sham Addresses" ... which material he was able to find and retrieve from the system simply because he had been informed since May 1984 WHAT the nature of this material was going to be and WHERE he (the true author) was going to find it.
Question 3. - How could the author have known since May 1984 that the Internet was going to be brought into existence sometime in the future, so that he (the true author) could not only design, but also build an Internet web site to exhibit the material published under the headings "Metamorphosis" and "Sham Addresses" ... to prove that he had been in fact the REAL author of the original story in original screenplay form for the said film since May 1984 ?
The simple answer to Question 3. is :
Because the true author, who was a qualified telegraphist since the age of 18 years, not only had a considerable amount of telecommunication knowledge in the same field while working as a telegraphist for the British company Cable & Wireless, but was also "chatting" to people from all over the world using CREED (i.e. the brand name) teleprinters since the age of 18 years.
This combined with the need to prove his case by confirmation of what had been established and secured since May 1984, indicates that the true author is UNDENIABLY the SAME person who had come up with the detailed blueprint for bringing the Internet into existence since May 1984.
